Nuisance Calls

Hi

Is there a way of blocking nuisance calls on a DX assuming the CLI is known to us? We can go down the network carrier route but would ideally like it to be done in-house.

CLI (Call Line Identity) based routing is possible on Version 8 appack 3 or later,
I have never used it but the commands are:-

ACBT (Add to CLI based routing table),
DCBT (Delete from CLI based routing table)
LCBT (List CLI based routing table).

You could play around to try it using a known mobile number to see if it works.

I forgot to say, use the CLI based routing to sent the call to a invalid extension number to give NU.
