NTRTSCAN.EXE Error?????

Is anyone familiar with the following error message :

NTRTSCAN.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f6ce4c" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written".

I have never seen this before and I am not even sure how to fix it. Can anyone help me?
