I am looking for information about the LED display on the face plate of the NTRB53 clock controller card.

There is no LED display on this card. Just a switch and 2 led's

what do the led's colors mean?

I believe the red LED is on the left and if it's out it is enabled and if it is red it's disabled. The green LED on the right should be green if that CC is active and out if that CC is inactive. That's how I remember it anyway.
