NTRB37, DXUT-A CLI Card

Hi, it is release 4.5, 11c with 40 analog CO lines, i am using DXUT-A Cli card for analog lines.Need some help in CLI.
When i first installed CLI card i got the incoming CLI OK but it works for 3 or 4 hours and gradually i lost CLI on all incoming call. I enabled disabled card and again CLI is working OK but after 2 or 3 hours CLI stops and i dont get CLI. The only solution to get incoming CLI is to disabl and then enable card but it stays work for 2 or 3 hour then again i lost CLI.
Any help to get CLI stays working??

I would look at a few things:

Patches are current
Call Registers in the Switch are set correctly

From the symptoms you indicate, it seems like a memory leak. That DXUT-A Card is not available in North America, so the number of folks familiar with it are going to be limited although there is some international attendance here.

You can open a ticket with your vendor, but I would suggest the patches and Call registers are investigated first.

Hi Fletch, I am in APAC. Already opened a ticket with Nortel but its been 40 days and no solution. I am not sure about special patches but all patches are update with correct call registers values, it giving problem on release 4.5,SSC card and with Release 5, SSC, 11c cabinets.
Any more advice?

You have a ticket open with directly Nortel? 40 days aging in the ticket system should be alerting for escalation. I could research with a Nortel ticket number, but that information is appropriate to post on a public board.
