NTPs in electronic form (pdfs)

Does anyone know where I can get up to date NTPs in electronic form? A while back I was able to pull them off a site, but they were a bit out of date (they were helpful anyway, but now I do not seem to be able to access the site).

This was the site, but I am not able to access it with any consistency.

This site worked for me. The NTP's are for Rls 25.40

You can find copies of the MERL on ebay sometimes.

That site still works for me too. But you can get electronic documents from the nortel site in the support section.

GHTrout.com use to have micromerl, but I couldn't find the link to it any longer.
