NTp Time setup

I am trying to correct time drift on an BCM ver 3.7, I found the NTP menu but I am not sure how to find an NTP site and the step by step to set it up in a BCM.

I am use to MICS and CICS and just setting up CID to update the time and date.

Does anyone have the step by step including providing a valid NTP address. I am a little confused how this works. Does the clinet have to pay for a monthly NTP site?

How about the other miscellaneous settings that follow that like the min and max, automatic, how often the system should update, etc..
