Hello all;

So I'm trying to change the NTP server in system platform but I keep getting this error;

Once I want to configure the NTP Servers, I receive the message: At least one valid time server has to be specified to enable ntpd. (But I already have the primary and secondary servers working in another server)

Reviewing the System Logs, I have the message: No valid NTP servers were found in /etc/ntp.conf

I look for the ntp configuration files at unix and I can't find them,

Any ideas as to what this is?

Put all three time servers in even if you have to repeat one. This should fix the issue. You can verify the NTP server addresses show up in /etc/ntp.conf. The problem is the system apparently tries to put 'none' in the list if you don't have all three filled out.

Hey Jimbo...Thans for the quck response and I'll try that and post back the results

So we'll try this after hours and I'll post thr results tomorrow...Thanks again!

ok...so our tech is saying that the date/time menu will not allow duplicated IP addresses to be placed...Any other ideas?
