NTP Question

We have a forest with two domains. I'm trying to figure out, if a DC in a secondary domain should look to itself as the NTP source, or if it should retrieve from the FSMO PDC emulator?

It will hit the PDC emulator for the domain. If there are parent/child domains, the child domains always sync upstream to the root domain.
