Hello
I have installed the linux partition on a workstation to be able to use "ZENworks imaging". I then put the windows partition back using Powerquest Drive Image 4.0.
When I boot the computer it boots from the linux partition and checks for jobs on the proxy and then it reboots to boot from the windows partition, this is when the problem arises:
I get an error message sayin that NTOSKRNL.EXE is missing or corrupt and the computer just hangs there.

Does anyone recognize this and maybe have a solution ? 8)

Hi,

you will have to make changes to the boot.ini on your Windows partition to reflect the change in the partition number.

It will look like:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT

and you will probably have to change it to

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT
