We have been having random blue screen errors of the above file for a while now. We have changed almost every bit of hardware and reloaded software.

We have recently noticed that the memory was fully being used and a lot of the virtual memory was being used to compensate. We recently upgraded the memory to 1.5gb.

This stablised the server for a few weeks but the memory creapt up again and was using a lot of virtual memory and crashed again.

If the memory is being constantly used like this, would this cause the above error?

Thanks for your help!

try running performance monitor to view for memory leaks.
Once you are monitoring for leaks, your counters will probably be going crazy, you can manually shut off services one by one, till you find the service causing the leak.
Hope this helps
