I have a folder shared and hidden.

I want one group to be able to delete, create, modify and copy files in and out of a folder.

I want a second group to be able to only copy a file from the folder - no other permissions.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks

Modify for the first group and read for the second group. Remember, there are also share permissions, more restrictive ones are in effect.

@Karlisi, thanks for that.

So what Share permissions should I enable to have the effective net permissions described above?

Change for first and read for second group. But, if you have correctly configured NTFS permissions on files and folders, on share you can grant full access for Everyone (or Authenticated Users).
