Anyone know what the D9 pinouts are on the front of a Dual PRI card are? (P1 connector)?

I'm connecting to a passport switch and the cable pinout supplied appears to be a bit hookey...

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

ARE YOU BUILDING YOUR OWN CABLE OR IT JUST WON'T WORK, IF NOT WORKING YOU NEED TO FLIP XMIT AND REC GOING INTO THE PASSPORT. I NEVER SEEN ANY MATERIAL ON PINOUTS FOR THE CABLE

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

The spec that we've been supplied only shows 2 prs of cable.

this is wrong as there should be Transmit tip and ring and recieve tip and ring per cable which = 4 prs.

I'm going to tap out one of the cables and see what I get.

I think you definition of "pair" is what is wrong. A PAIR is two wires. To make a T1 work you use two pairs (4 wires). Four pair is eight wires. Therefore you get two T1s from the DB 9 4 wires per T1 2=Transmit 2=Recieve.
