NtBackup + Sony SDX-300C AIT 1 Drive

Hello
I have a problem to backup to this kind of tape more than 8.5 Gb it say that I need to replace a tape.
I checked all scsi adapter termination tape driver connect it alone no change I tried also to backup with and without hardware compression and no change.

any suggestion

P.S the drive is new.

What about the tapes (the media)?
Are they new also?
Are they compatible with the new drive?

I had similar problems when someone used DD3 tapes on a DDS2 drive.
It used only 2gb as for DDS1 because of compatibility problems.

Also, what are you backing up? Do you backup an Exchange server? other special agents?
