I've got a couple tapes that i need to restore that someone gave me. Not sure but it's quite likely they were created with ntbackup on NT4. I've got NTbackup on 2k and when i put them in and try to catalog them, they run for a bit and then stop with a dialog that i need to erase the tape to use it. Whatever that means..
why can't i catalog this tape and see whats on it?
