NTBackup error 904

Dear people,

I have a windows 2000 server with exchange 2003 sp2 installed on it. One of my colleagues messed with the rights on the public folders and now i cannot backup the information store with ntbackup anymore. I get the following errors when trying to backup:

Error 904 Callback:
Information Store (3872) Callback function call ErrESECBGetDatabasesInfo ended with error 0x00000FC1 .

And error 8012 NTBackup:
The 'Microsoft Information Store' returned 'fc1' from a call to 'HrESEBackupPrepare()' additional data 'BDC-MEP'

I tried almost everything untill now but i cannot solve this untill now. Maybe somebody can help ?

I am sorry. I already used this article and it brought no solution. In the active directory i also find three other public folders who are not active anymore. With adsiedit i cannot delete them. I get the message Service or attribute does not exist ? Maybe if i can delete those obsolete public folders my backup will work again.
