NTBackup does not detect Tape Drive

Hi all,

I have a server running TapeWare for backup. Because of ongoing issues with it I want to swap to NTBackup before sourcing a new product. However when I run NTBackup and create a Backup job is does not list my Tape Drive as one of the backup devices.

Is this because I have TapeWare installed? Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas to overcome this issue?
