NTbackup & Registry & RDISK

Hi all,
I need to be sure that, in case of PDC's HDD crash, I will get the machine running again with all user accounts, registry hives, and hardware drivers.

Is it correct to assume is enougth to:
1) Backup registry with NTbackup
2) Use RDISK /s to make a reparation disk

Is there something else I need to do in order to be sure?
