NTASKLDR.EXE hogging resources on a regular basis

Does anyone know a solution to ntaskldr.exe hogging resources on a computer? This Notes task slows down my computer on a regular basis and I have to kill it manually through Task Manager at least several times a week.

After deleting a local replica my Notes seems to be behaving. So it looks like a corrupted local replica was causing ntaskldr.exe to sit at 99% after shutting down Notes causing the freezing problems.
