NTAK09 and Dialogic D'240PCI

I was unable to cross connect dialogic d'240pci to ntak09ba (Always Red Alarm), according to dialogic, the settings should be AMI/D4 E&M Immediate Start. Please check what's wrong with my configuration below:

006 is where the DTI card that I want to cross connect to dialogic's d'240PCI is connected. I believe that if I choose D4, AMI will be the default line coding (correct me if I'm wrong).

I am using 8 dialogic cards at my facilities, but I have to use Line Side T1 cards. I have never been able to get the dialogic cards to work with a "PRI or T1" card. Have you checked this.

If you have a line side card, you would just program up like 500 ports, in an ACD group.

CLS LDTA and XFA.

More for an IVR environment.
