Can I use this for music on hold feature? Thanks.

Hello.. For externally supplied music on hold you will require a NT5K19 (RAN) card.
For internal music a MIRAN card is required.

I agree with Phonedude10 , for external source of music , i always use Universal TRK Card .

The NTAK03 is the TDS/DTR .

You can use the Univ Trk NT8D14 , or use the DXUT card NT5D31.
