I have a network shelf/backplane that needs to be changed out. How hard is this and how much time does this require. I read the NTP but I would like a response from someone who has done this before. Thanks

It is not that hard, just make sure you pay attention to the wiring connections on the bottom right in the back, other than that there are only 4 or 5 small bolts to take out and the whole card cage slides out from the front.
