Here is my senerio:
We have a CS1000MG switch with a PII running 3.0. The cores are side by side. Recently Core 0, which was active, became unhealthy and Core 1 became active. When that took place all my ringing generators stopped working. When swapping back to core 0 all ringing generators come back online. The master system utility monitor is on core 0. All others are set as slaves. On the system utility card the RJ11 cable routes out of port 6 and goes to core 1's system utility card and plugs into port 5. Then another cable routes out of 6 and goes to column 2 and plugs into port 5. Another cable routes out to column 3and plugs into port 5. This ends all the columns. Has anyone seen this issue with core 1 preventing power to ringing generators as an active side? If so please advise. TIA
