NT4WS showing up as 640 under sh ipx router

Hello all,

I have NT4 Workstations with the Microsoft and Novell clients appearing in ALL of my routers as the type 640, which is normally a Novell server. I am trying to remove my workstations as I have 2500+ computers and makes the IPX table really huge.

I found a technote on Novell that points to MS RPC Configurator service, but no docs on what RPC Configurator is for? I did find registry hack that prevents the 640 entry being created but need some CYA ammunition before I recommend.
