NT4 With WIN2K

I have a a network based on NT4, and now I have to install a Win2K on this network. The Win2K will be a DC. It will work together with the NT4 BDCs, my PDC will be promoted to BDC, But I don´t want to lose my users and groups acconts. I want to know if my userd and grops accounts will be preserved, or if there is any tool that exports that accounts.

Any help will be appreciated
