Just a silly little problem but it is annoying.<br>
On some NT Workstations the Ctrl-Esc Keystroke executes the task list which you would expect to happen in 16-Bit windows but on other workstations the same keystroke executes the start button.<br>
Why are they different and where can you change this option.<br>
It is baffeling as the machines are built exactly the same.<br>
