NT4 SERVER TIME RESTRICTIONS

Hey,
I have time restrictions for some users set to 6:00pm.
Im wanting to change it so they can log in 10 minutes early
which would be 5:50pm. The time restrictions are in 30 minute increments. Is there a way around this.
