My external SCSI Exabyte 8700 stopped working on my NT Server. It just errored out. I opened it and a couple of small screws and broken plastic parts came out:(
I've tried to get it to work again but without luck.
Besides an exabyte 8700, what other tape drives do you all use or recommend that will work with an NT4 Server.
Thanks for the Help.

I would first recommend you upgrade your OS as this is no longer supported by Microsoft. With that said, most hardware will no longer be supported as well.

Any older model drive will work with NT4, such as a DLT7000 or 8000, LTO gen 1, and SDLT.
