NT4 PDC to Windows 2000 PDC

At the minute in work we have two servers one NT4 and a Windows 2000 server. The probelm is that the NT4 server is the PDC and the Windows 2000 server is the BDC. Can anyone give me a step by step guide in layman's terms on how to make the Windows 2000 server the PDC and the NT4 server the BDC?

Type dcpromo from the run command and follow the prompts. Make sure you have demoted the nt4 pdc because they will not run together. You really need to look deeper into this and plan it more as you will need to transfer users, security policies, set up DNS etc, its not an answer that can be given on a message board.
