I have just installed VPN on my NT4 server.
Ever since, the machine just keeps booting to logon screen. I log on and it immediately reboots and just keeps up that cycle.

I have tried the EMR disk but no help there.
Does anyone have a way out for me?

Have you tried "Last known good config" or Safe Mode?

Sounds like a service is starting that is bombing the machine.
ALl I can recommend is getting a copy of ERD2000 from sysinternals.
This allows you to connect to the machine at a 'Doslike prompt' and disable most of the services.

What happens if you don't log in? Does it still reboot? Or does the server stay up OK then?

Are you using a Linksys NIC? Replace it with another NIC. Good Luck!

Boot up in VGA mode.
Go to My Computer properties
Go to STARTUP/SHUTDOWN tab
Uncheck Automatically Reboot
