I keep getting event ids 105 and 115. Have tried this fix: (the technet Q article basically says the same thing but to also apply hotfixes).
After reinstalling the netbios interface, the problem keeps coming back, any ideas? All of my websites will be stopped automatically, and if I try to start them, it will give an error "winsock address already in use". If I change the TCP port it will come up, but just crash with 105/115 again.
