NT4 Domain - Windows 2003 Server

I need to replace one of my NT4 servers in my NT4 domain immediately. I will be migrating/upgrading my NT4 domain to AD and windows 2003 in the next couple of months.

Therefore I would like to install W2K3 on the server I am replacing now. The server will just be a member server in teh domain. Can a W2k3 server join an NT4 domain as a member server in the same way a w2k server can
