NT4 Cluster to W2K3 Cluster

Has anyone attempted to migrate from an NT4 Cluster to a W2K3 Cluster? The company will not allow, rightly so, an upgrade of the existing cluster. Has anyone seen a procedure for this type of migration? Once we evict one of our nodes, rebuild from scratch, can the new node simply join the existing cluster and grab the resources? Any ideas would be helpful.
