NT4 and Markvision 5.2 problem

Having built up a new print server and installing several printers, every time I click on the paper tab when viewing a printers properties I get the following error message:
Unable to find the config file opc020.cfg for this printer.
I know the config files are there, and are in the right location (root\lexmark\markvision.
Any ideas??
