NT4.0 with NDS for NT to AD

So my firm is currently running an NT 4.0 domain, utilizing NDS for NT in a Netware 6.5 environment, so no SAM.

I have a requirement to UPGRADE our current NT 4.0 domain to AD. eDirectory has to remain in the environment for another year or so, and I cannot migrate to a new domain.

Anyone have any experience with this? I am interested in how you maintained account synchronization between directory services, and how you upgraded to AD with "NDS for NT" in place.

Never needed to migrate from NDS for NT but don't see why you can't use MS Services for Netware. Of course not sure that it would help you migrate to a Win2K8 domain, but it might help for Win2K3. Have a look
