NT4.0 running Exchange 5.5, IIS and OWA

I'm running a server with nt4.0, Exchange 5.5, IIS4.0 and OWA on it. Every few days the processor utilization level shoots up to 100%. I'm in the process of beefing up the server with more RAM and another processor. But I also think there is a problem with a service running under IIS? Can anyone tell me whether or not this problem is related to the NNTP service running alone in the background?

Run your task list in the system tray. When CPU hits 100% open it up and see which process takes the CPU up.

I removed the NNTP option under IIS. This may do the trick. I'll let you guys know if it does.
