Hi everybody,
we have to setup a new web-server and have to use MS. What is the better solution, go with NT4.0 or start with Win2000(server) right away. Any expiereince out there which could be shared with me. I appreciate every comment.

Hi;

If you plan on using your server to host websites, the best thing to do is go directly to Windows 2000 Server. It has far more stability and accuracy than Windows NT 4.0. The only thing is that you cannot use the same server as an file server as long as you are running IIS 2000.

I hope this was informative.

Server as Fileserver when IIS5 run ?
