NT4.0 Hidden from Network - Registry Key ? 1

Before I was tasked to fix this problem someone came in and changed policies/registry on a few machines making them hidden in the local network. I can ping them, and they can see everyone else in the network, however no one can see them from the nethood, and I can not access them using thier ip address either. I believe a change was made to the policies and or registry to hide them. Any one know how to fix this?
