NT1P63CBE5 fiber remote CS1000 PBX will not respond ?

working on Nortel PBX with fiber remote cabinet that will not
respond ? tried disabing loop 20 enabling loop 20
loop shows enabeled the far end cabinet will not respong all leds are let on all station cards can not enable
problem started after power fail ?
is there a force down load that is needed ? or is it time to start
replacing cards ?

Have you looped the fiber back to the switch? That will let you know if the path is good. Or just change the controller. I would back out all of the other cards as well. No you don't fdl. At least I never have had to.
