We have an NT Workstation with a 10GB Hard Drive that is configured as 350MB Fat32 system partiton and 9+GB NTFS partiton. Can't imagaine why anyone would set it up this way! Obviously the system partition is inadequate. Would welcome any ideas on how to best change this without losing any data. We have alternative drives available.

Back up the system to tape or CDR. Reinstall NT and opt to kill all partitions then recreate them. Them format them NTFS and finish reinstalling. This is probebly the best way.
There are other ways to do it, but a fresh install then restore from back up is probebly the best.

Alternatively, you could install an additional drive as the primary, partition and load NT as it should be, and then copy any needed data back from the original drive. This might be a little quicker...

Partition Magic from Powerquest lets you change partition sizes very easily.
