Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody out there knows if it is possible to list multiple domains in the logon drop down menu list using Windows NT Workstation?

If it is possible, how can I implement it?

Regards

Peter

The only way I am familiar with is to have the workstation part of Domain1 and have a trust relationship going from Domain1 to Domain2. Or it might be more beneficial to have a machine account for that workstation on both domains. That's if a trust relationship between domains is not a viable solution.

Thanks,

If I used the machine account method, what would I have to do to switch between domains? Would I have to modify the domain name in the "identification information" in the network properties?

Regards

Pete

To switch between domains is easy. when you get the Windows NT logon screen, in the domain part of the login, click the drop down arrow and both domains should be listed. To log out of one domain and logon to another simply logoff the current user and when the logon box displays follow the steps above.
