I'm trying to create a report with tables, not a stored procedure attached to the report. The problem is, I can't find a way to get the users' NT account (Crystal 8.5) into a formula to compare with the HR table in the filter for the division of the individual. I can create a view that uses system_user to get the single person, but if multiple people call this report at once, I believe they'll be overwriting the view. SQL Server 8

If anyone can tell me if I'm wrong on the view, that would solve things too

Views aren't overwritten, a view is simply SQL, and each execution is unique.

Unfortunately Crystal doesn't have an NT User field, or anything like it, so you'd need a 3rd party UFL (User Function Library) for that, either canned or write it yourself.
