NT USer Manager - Creating Text File List

Does anyone know if it is possible to use command prompt on NT4 Sever to output a text file of domain user names, logons, and restrictions (ie which workstations they're limited to using)??

I thought I had seen this somewhere on the net but can't find it anywhere....
