NT textonly printer driver with double output streams

As every body knows textonly printer driver can output to a
printer with a given printer definition or to a file with a
file name provided.
I am looking for a facility to work like textonly printer
driver provided by default by microsoft but to let user to
assign a printer and in the same time a file name.
the purpose is to let the print stream to go in the same time to the printer and to a log file .
Ýs there any body with a smart idea.
