I am runnint NT terminal server edition on a pentium II with 192 megs ram, only 7 users on system. The server is used to access a product called Goldmine. Within the Goldmine product there is a merge function that allows the user to merge dbase info into Word. If we attempt to use this feature on the terminal server, the server completly reboots. We also have the same applications running on other NT machines and do not see this problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause something like this?
