NT SP5 error on install - rsabase.dll

As I was installing SP5 I received the following error:<br>

CAPI: The install failed. The rsabase.dll that is being installed doesn't match the signature file or the value in the registry.<br>
<br>
Has anyone seen this before? Any feedback will be appreciated. <br>
<br>
