will be setting up a W2k SBS server at one of our new clients,
Problem is this
They are currently running a PDC(NT server 4.0) with all data (Shares) accessed from this server, DHCP, WINS, DNS, printing environment is also configured on this server
I believe i need to demote(re - build) to a member server due to the SBS server implementation(it will be a DC).
need some guidance on rebuild if need be.
There backup solution they are running is backup exec, is there a nice smooth way for the rebuild(if necessary), what system areas need to be backed up for restoration, etc
Want to make sure that everything comes back as it was, only difference being the change over from PDC to member server.
