NT Server kick's Mac's off of network

I have a Win NT domain with W2K member server's within our network with a collection of G4'S, G3'S and iMac's particapating within the network. Every so often I get.... "Session from user "User" was timed out and disconnected by the server. The IP address of the Macintosh workstation is in the data. "
I can't work out why this is...any idea? any one!
