NT Server Crashes

Has anyone seen NT servers that are continually crashing with an NUPDATE.exe error. We are using Quincy which is Lotus debugger and it keeps coming up with the same thing. <br>
<br>
The machine will either freeze or blue screen. The version of Notes is 4.63b upgraded from 4.61. 4.61 seemed to be very stable.<br>
<br>
If anyone has seen this please help me.
