NT recognising two cpu

We have a machine running NT server with 2 cpu's. However NT is only recognising 1 cpu. How do I change the config of NT server to recognise 2 cpu's. Any advice greatly appreciated

get hold of the NT Resource Kit utility called UPTOMP.exe

this will upgrade the system to multiprocessor.
