I work at a busy school and at the moment we are getting through reams of paper. We get through so much that we are in danger of running out of funds!
What I need to be able to do is to intercept any printing jobs and keep a running total of how many pages each user account has sent to print over the course of a year with the idea of billing the system abusers (ideally I would also like to be able to put a cap on the max sheets for certain students.
My VB is rudimentary so I would appreciate your help
